Chocolate Challenge
Following a scrumptious demonstration of chocolate making from our expert Chocolatier, teams must design and produce either a chocolate bar or a handmade truffle selection. They devise a theme before planning and producing their chocolates for the whole team, using the highest quality couverture chocolate ingredients.
The chocolates must then be packaged and presented at the end of the project where they are assessed for the taste and aesthetics of their chocolates and packaging, the originality of their theme and the overall presentation of their project.
Success in this challenge depends not only on the team’s ability to learn the skills of artisan chocolate making, but also on their creativity, team working and project management.
For larger group numbers the challenge can be customised to meet your particular objectives. (Maximum participant numbers will vary by venue and meeting room selected)
