Sundial’s eRFP Tool makes meeting enquiries easier…

Our new eRFP tool will improve the way you submit online enquiries, both in terms of detail and ease-of-use.

As part of the new website you are currently navigating, an online Request-for-Proposal tool has also been launched, allowing regular users and first-time bookers to make detailed or simple meeting and event enquiries with ease.

Interfacing directly with our booking system, it will also ensure our responses are speedier and even more accurate.

Users can either create an account and store their contact details for future reference, or they can 'enquire-and-go'.  The easy-to-use menu allows you either to make a very quick date enquiry, or to specify details such as Meeting Room Layout, Equipment Required, Accommodation needs and catering options - the system will recognise your start- and end- times and can populate expected mealtime requirements accordingly.  Alternative and additional dates can be added with the click of a mouse and you can enquire for one, two or all-three Sundial venues in one go.
