A Complete Meeting Package (CMP) differs from a 24-hour delegate rate because it includes everything you will need for your meeting and ensures there will be no nasty surprises or hidden extras at the end of the event.

Typical 24-hour rates at most properties will include:

• Main Meeting Room Hire
• Three Meals
• Overnight Accommodation
• 1-2 servings of coffee
  

But a genuine Complete Meeting Package at a specialist conference centre should also cover:

• Unlimited tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day
• Unlimited 'conference consumables' such as flipcharts, pens, paper etc.
• Unrestricted access to the venue's leisure facilities
• Free, unlimited broadband internet access
• Meeting support from a dedicated conference team (not a generic 'Conference and Banqueting' department)
