A Complete Meeting Package (CMP) differs from the average venues 24-hour delegate rate because it includes everything you will need for your meeting and ensures there will be no nasty surprises or hidden extras at the end of the event.

Sundial's Complete Meeting Package Includes:

• Use of a suitably sized meeting room, featuring natural daylight, high-quality furniture, bottled mineral water, flipchart, data projector and screen
• A syndicate/breakout room
• Free, unlimited WiFi access in meeting rooms, bedrooms and public areas
• Meeting room consumables and support from a dedicated conference team (not a generic 'Conference and Banqueting' department)
• Placecards, paper pads, pencils, stationery 'toolkit', direct-dial phone
• Unlimited refreshments available all day, including juice, mineral water, Fairtrade 'bean-to-cup' cappuccino, latte, espresso and a range of teas and herbal infusions
• Snacks at breakout stations including biscuits, freshly prepared cakes and pastries made on-site, chocolate bars, fresh fruit platters and ice cream. We also provide seasonal treats at times throughout the year
• Support from an experienced, specialist event planning team prior to your event

• Refreshments for delegates to cover their onward journey from our 'Goody Trolley'
• Extensive four-course hot and cold buffet lunch, with healthy and accredited Vegetarian options
