Meeting venue customer feedback has placed our group of three specialist conference, meeting and training venues, back at the top of BDRC's VenueVerdict league table.
VenueVerdict is an independent customer feedback and benchmarking system managed by BDRC. Launched in April 2006, it incorporated approximately 200 meeting venues in 2008, including leading UK hotel brands, independent hotels and specialist conference centres. The league table rankings are determined by online reviews submitted immediately following an event held at a venue. We topped the Q1 2009 results for ‘Overall Satisfaction', placing us well on the way to reclaiming the annual award we won in 2006 and 2007. Sundial also finished top of the ‘Value for Money' ratings, building on the accolade we were awarded in 2008.

Barnett Hill was also named the South East region's top-performing venue and finished second in the country overall, an honour that General Manager Tim Hall attributes to the "hard work and dedication" that his team displays every single day.
