Carlie joined the team at Woodside as Sales Manager in 2006, responsible for managing a strong team of 4.

Carlie has gained experience in the industry since leaving school; initially starting as a waitress in a coffee lounge for a large hotel chain and then moving into taking reservations. She then became reservations manager before moving into conferencing. Carlie later moved to a hotel in Warwick where she built on her experience by managing a conference team as Sales Manager before settling at Woodside.  

Carlie's  favourite things are 'Spending quality time with her daughter Izzy'  'radley handbags' and'Holidays in hot countries!'
