Gemma graduated from university in 2001. She began working in Front of House for a well-known hotel brand before switching to Business Development in another hotel chain and later conference company. She joined Sundial Group in 2008.

In her spare time, Gemma enjoys baking, cake decorating and eating! To burn off those extra calories, she can be found tap dancing, attending boxercise classes and running - in early 2009 she completed a half marathon at Silverstone Circuit and raised £750 for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
