Paul arrived at Highgate house, with his appointment as Food & Beverage Manager in October 2008 and then progressing to Deputy General Manager in July 2009.
Paul has nearly 13 years of hospitality and tourism experience (UK and overseas) behind him. He joins us from a previous conference venue company, where he spent 5 years as Restaurant & Bars Manager, later becoming the Deputy General Manager. His family run a hotel business in Ireland, hence his enthusiasm and dedication to the hospitality sector.
With his positive outlook and energised persona, Paul's focus is upon the food and beverage areas at Highgate House and particularly on overseeing the smooth running of operations at the new Terrace Restaurant.
