Sundial Group is delighted to be the first conference centre group to launch a stylish recipe book for home entertaining. Based on the award winning cuisine offered by Sundial’s venues, 36 for Eight is a collection of recipes created by Sundial’s skilled chefs, who are passionate about food and committed to ensuring that everyone who dines at a Sundial venue enjoys a memorable meal.

Each of the 36 recipes, prepared for eight people, is accompanied by beautiful photographs of mouth-watering dishes, such as the ones on this page. Sundial Group Executive Chef, Jerry Toth, explains the reason for sharing his team’s recipes, “There is a long-standing misconception across the meetings industry and amongst event organisers that conference centre food is never as good as 4-star hotel dining. This is simply not true as some of the UK’s most talented and experienced chefs now head conference centre kitchens. My head chefs and I use only the best quality ingredients, as we believe fresh food is healthier and tastes better. All Sundial kitchens are also accredited by the Vegetarian Society. The 36 recipes in our book use the methods we’ve learned and developed over the years. They are enjoyable to make for cooks of all abilities and we know you will enjoy eating them because all of our guests at our venues tell us how delicious and memorable the meals are! “
